Below are links for assistance with retrieving deficiencies and troubleshooting tips for Soarian. The second attachment can also be found on the GW Hospital Intranet under Special Interest to Physicians and Providers under Soarian Tips and Tricks.
Please remember that Sorian is accessible remotely. If you are having issues logging in remotely, answer the following questions:
- Could you log into Soarian from the hospital computers before you tried using Soarian remotely?
- If yes, you can log in from the hospital then read the attached trouble shooting tips for remote access. You cannot use another hospital's network to log in because their firewall will block access.
- If no, you cannot log into Soarian from inside using a hospital computer, do you have the correct log in ID and password? Call the ITSC in the hospital at X4955 for assistance.
